RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责
· Assist the Head of MembraneDevelopment for the design and construction of the hollow fibre membranespinning and testing facilities, as well as the selection and purchase of the equipment;
协助膜材料和装备部长设计和建造中空纤维膜纺丝机和测试设备，以及相关设备的选型和购买；
· Carry out lab-scale hollow fibremembrane fabrication and modulation work;
负责实验室中空纤维膜的纺丝制备和膜组件组装工作；
·Perform laboratorymembrane tests including membrane gas permeation test, membrane morphological analysis and characterisation;
负责实验室膜检测实验，包括膜气体分离测试，膜形态分析和表征实验；
·Assist the construction of otherexperimental facilities and liaise with equipment suppliers and manufacturers for the delivery of testingfacilities;
帮助建设具有实验室规模的设备，与设备供应商和制造商联系确保实验设备的按时交付与使用；
· Liaisewith industry partners across China as required (domestic travelmay require);
根据需要与中国各地的行业合作伙伴保持联系；
· Ensure the delivery of allocatedtasks in a timely manner and at the highestquality;
确保被分配的工作快速高效地交付；
·Comply with all H&S policies and procedures in CTET and take all reasonable care to ensurethat your actions or omissions do not impact on the H&S of yourself and others.

SELECTION CRITERIA岗位要求
·Bachelor’s degree in process engineering,chemical engineering, or mechanical engineering;
具有过程工程，化学工程，或机械工程本科学历；
· Experience in hollow fibremembrane fabrication is highly desirable;
具有中空纤维膜纺丝经验的候选人将被优先考虑；
· Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work with peers,superiors and within interdisciplinary teams;
良好的人际交往能力，包括与同事、上级和跨学科团队合作的能力；
· Excellenttime management skills with a proven ability to thrive under pressure and meetmultiple deadlines
in a professional manner within a teamenvironment;
优秀的时间管理能力，能够在压力下茁壮成长，并以专业的方式，在团队中能够自发地及时完成多项工作；
· Good written and spokencommunication skills;
良好的书面和口头沟通能力；
· Ability tocommunicate, both verbally and in writing, in English;
良好的中英文说写能力；
· ValidChinese or foreign Driver’s License;
拥有有效驾照；
·Ability to speakMandarin will be advantageous in view of the need to communicate effectivelywith collaborators in China;
